Welcome to Cake Rush
In this high-speed arcade showdown, you'll need to be fast to keep the customers satisfied. Only the sharpest chefs survive the rush. But as the flour settles and rivals fall, whispers emerge… something waits at the end. Something powerful. Something… not entirely human. Keep baking. Stay sharp. And whatever you do—don’t look away when the timer hits zero.
About
A 1 to 4 player, party game best played with humans.
An elimination game where the lowest ranked player each day is eliminated.
Try and survive 4 days of gruelling baking in our state of the art kitchen, with the latest fast bake cake ovens and cupcake delivery appliances.
Collect cakes one at a time or stack them together for bigger bonus, and deliver to the waiting customers. Speed makes a happy customer and a bigger tip!
Once the shift ends, its not over. Earn some last minute points with some 'fun' cake related shenanigans to try and lift you off the bottom of the 'Top chefs' league table.
And remember, there's no room for slackers in this cake shop, finish last and you may be replaced, but by what!

8 directional controls and fire button
Gameplay
Get the cakes and deliver them to the waiting customers, faster the better for more points.
Use cupcakes to throw at opponents, to throw them off their stride.
Each day there is a new leader board and only the Top chefs survive. Don't be last or face elimination.
Last player wins, if you can survive the 'Last Day'
Scoring
Your total score is accumulated for every day but your daily points total is reset each day. The lowest day score will result in elimination.
The Top chef leader board shows who the highest and lowest score for that day. Don't be last!
Single cake 200 pts
Double cake 400 pts
Triple cake 800 pts
Birthday cake 1600 pts
Cup cake in the face 10 pts
Customer happiness 10 - 40 pts (based on how long they have been waiting)
Beware of burnt cakes (will make you sick)

Thank you for this fantastic game, we are reviewing the game in the next issue of WhatIFF? coming out this week. I was just wondering though do you have plans to add keyboard support similar to games like Space Taxi? Thanks again, I and my family really love this this game!

It should have keyboard support, admittedly It was developed on emulation so I wont have tested that properly but under winua It was working with wasd and arrows. Ideally, 4 player local without an adapter would be the goal. In between other projects this year I hope to release an update with selectable characters and a few more additions, so its possible I can look into this also. Thanks for the feedback.
Thank you for your reply :) I had tested it on an A1200, and could not get the WASD or arrow keys to work for the other players. That would be awesome if you could implement the game to be played with more players over the keyboard via WASD and arrow keys. Thanks again for the amazing work!
